Questions

What makes a deal rot?

A stage can flag rotting after a number of idle days. The card counts the days and shows a mould effect that grows with them. Moving the deal resets the timer.

What is the weighted value?

Each open deal at its stage’s win probability, summed in the home currency.

How are leads routed?

Ordered rules first, by source, project type or country. A lead no rule matches goes to the lead team in turn. A lead not contacted within the first-contact delay is flagged, then escalated to the lead managers.

How do deals reach the P&L?

Switch on the sales forecast on the P&L, and weighted pipeline deals are added to revenue to year end.

Can leads come from our website?

Yes. Build a lead form, publish it, and paste its embed code or share its hosted link. Leads also arrive from the Leads API, imports and Explee.
